You created both the absence types and the processing classes in the previous steps. In this Customizing activity step, you assign an absence type to a processing class.
Note: In reporting, the reason for the incapacity to work (for example, damage by third party or occupational accident/occupational illness) is to be specified for the reimbursement for incapacity to work, and the type of prohibited activity (individual or general prohibited activities) is to be specified for the reimbursement for prohibited activities.
In the field Indicator for Reimbursement Procedure, you can assign the corresponding indicators to the absences. You can also store this information in the infotype Electronic Data Exchange (0700) with subtype DBAU (AAG: Incapacity to Work) or DBBT (AAG: Prohibited Activities).
In the SAP standard system, the sample absence 0510 is identified as general prohibited activities. In addition, the sample absences 0511 (Prohib. Activities Ind.) and 0512 (Prohib. Activities Gen.) are also available for selection. In contrast to absence 0510, these absences are unpaid and therefore require an automatic calculation of the adjustment amount for prohibited activities.
