In this step, you maintain the company address for the wage statement. The payroll unit is specified in the Address field. The ID field can have the following values for addresses:
A = line 1 company name
B = line 2 department
D = line 4 location

Proceed as follows to maintain your payroll unit addresses for the wage statement:
Enter the name of the payroll unit in the Address field.
Enter the address of the adress of the payroll unit in the ID and Address text fields.

If your wage statements are created entirely by computer, you need only specify the exact name of the company and the name of the employee responsible for the wage statements for the printer. The fact that the document is not signed by hand does not, however, affect the employer's liability, since the obligation to provide all remuneration information - including the nature of remuneration and all other necessary data - is the same as if the document were signed by an authorized person. Wage statements not created by computer must also be signed. (This information originates from "Information on Wage Statement Forms in Three Languages" from the tax authorities.)
