In this step, you specify how all time wage types and wage types in infotypes 0014 (Recurring Benefits/Deductions) and 0015 (Additional Payments) are stored in table RT, and which cumulation wage types are formed.

This is controlled by means of the following processing classes and cumulations:

  • Processing class 03    Cumulate and store of time wage types
  • Processing class 20    Cumulate and store end of gross part
  • Cumulation 1                Gross
  • Cumulation 10            Payments/deductions

Activities

You can check and change the coding of the wage types in this step as follows:

  1. Select a wage type and choose Detail.
  2. Check the coding of the wage type with regard to the above cumulations and processing classes.
  3. If you wish to make changes, enter a validity period and change the relevant wage type values.

Further notes

  • Wage types from infotype 0008, Basic Pay must also be flagged. They should be passed on at this stage, as they are required at a later point in payroll.
