In this step, you check the valuation of wage type M185 (Normal hours incl. vacation) or your corresponding customer wage type.
If you work with the gross estimate, wage type /S01 must be stored as the first derived wage type with valuation basis 02 and percentage rate 100 %.
For a net estimate, wage type /S01 must not be stored as a statement wage type.
Wage type /S01 has the specification 'Gross' in processing class 72; i.e. if this wage type is specified, the vacation allowance in the hourly wage is calculated in rule CHS1 or CHS2. This is not necessary for the net estimate since the hourly wage elements are all stored explicitly in infotype 0008.
Standard settings
In the standard R/3 system, wage type M185 is set for the net estimate.
