In this step, you check the parameters used for the gross estimate for the hourly wage to calculate the portion of vacation allowance, public holiday pay and 13th month's salary from the gross wage for a period.
Parameter SLPRZ is used by rule CHS1, which calculates the portion of vacation allowance and 13th month's salary irrespective of the employee's age.
Parameters SPLR1 and SLPR2 are used by rule CHS2, which accesses SLPR1 for employees under 21 years if age and SLPR2 for those over 21.
If you want to work with rule CHS1, check that parameter SLPRZ is correct; if you choose rule CHS2, check parameters SLPR1 and SLPR2.
Standard settings
The standard system uses rule CHS2; the alternative rule CHS1 is entered as a comment line in schema CHAL.
