This step describes how to make the settings for controlling wage types on the form for the remuneration statement. To do this you must specify whether a wage type is to be printed on the form and if so in which window.

The individual wage types are disqualified by means of evaluation class 02 (Assignment of wage types for form printing).

Activities

To check and, if necessary, change the control of the wage types contained in this step, please proceed as follows:

  1. Select a wage type and click Detail.
  2. Check the specification of the wage type for evaluation class 02.
  3. If you want to change the specification assigned to the wage type, specify a validity period and select the specification which corresponds to your requirements.
