In this step, for each payroll unit, you maintain details for the calculation of customer-defined insurances. The payroll units for the following application keys are affected:

  • CUS1 (customer-defined insurances 1)
  • CUS2 (customer-defined insurances 2)
  • CUS3 (cistomer-defined insurances 3)

Requirements

You have modified the features

HFIX (CUS1), CHFIY (CUS2)and CHFIZ (CUS3) in the step Maintain payroll units in your organisation structure.

Activities

In each payroll unit, you maintain the following fields:

  • Payroll unit grouping for SI
  • Insurance grouping
  • Insurance company: In this field you enter the name of the insurance company with which you have concluded the insurance agreement.
  • Insured person number: In this field you enter your insured person number beside the relevant insurance company.
  • Contactperson/Telepheone number: Here you can enter the name of a contact person within the insurance company. This information is printed separately on the year-end statement for insurance.
