Use
In this Customizing activity, you define default values for the Planned working time (0007) infotype by means of the following features:
- BFIVA
Enables you to set the default value (fixed or variable system) for the Workdays system field when you create a new Planned Working time (0007) infotype record - BPPAI
Enables you to set the default percentage for the Perct. remun. year field when you create a new Planned Working time (0007) infotype record - BEUWR
Enables you to set the default entry for the Reference Person's Working Schedule field when you create a new Planned Working time (0007) infotype record
- BESHT
Enables you to set the default value for the Deduct Shift Work flag when you create a new Planned Working time (0007) infotype record
The values of the above-mentioned fields are retrieved for further processing by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report and are eventually stored in the electronic DmfA file.

- To set the default percentage of remuneration, choose the activity Set default percentage of remuneration and make the necessary changes.
- To set the default entry for the reference person's working schedule, choose the activity Set default entry for Reference Person's Working Schedule and make the necessary changes.
- To set the default value for tax deduction for shift, choose the activity Set default value for Deduct Shift Work and make the necessary changes.
