In this step, it is possible to copy time event wage types in order to process time events occurred during the planned period.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system supplies six copies of wage type Overtime hours 50% (MT50): M900, M901, M902, M903, M904, M905.

Recommendation

Activities

To copy the wage types that are relevant for the planned period:

  1. Specify the wage type you wish to copy (To test before copying, mark the field ExecTst)
  2. Select RSCust
  3. On the next screen, supply the necessary information to automatically assign the wage types
  4. Select Copy.

Further notes

Each wage type of overtime hours accurred during the planned period has six times in:

  • Two reversal wage types (positive and negative overtime hours)
  • Two wage types that are not valuated, but whose values will be copied to the valuation wage types.
  • Two valuation wage types to process overtime hours on the current period.
