In this section of the Implementation Guide, you bring to use the sub-scheme used to activate control for Paid Weekly Rest (PWR) calculation in time management main scheme.

Example

Requirements

If the generation of the legal leave entitlement is executed via report RPTIME00, it is necessary to execute all the steps of this activity. This means, all the rules and sub-schemes of the sub-scheme BRT1 are relevant.

If the generation of the legal leave entitlement is executed via report HBRUQTG0, only the sub-schemes and rules of sub-scheme DTR0 are relevant. This means rules BRT0, BRT3, BRT4 and BRT5 have to be deactivated.

Activities

  1. Copy standard scheme TM00 to a new one with a name allowed for customers, for example ZTM0.
  2. Copy sub-scheme BRT1, as you have done previously, to a sub-scheme with a different name.
  3. Insert the new sub-scheme copied (ZRT1, for example) in line prior to function call RTIP TR10 of the new scheme (ZTM0) as follows:
    • Specify the function COPY in the appropriate column (Fncts) and ZRT1 in the column corresponding to parameter 1 (Par1).
    • Save and activate the change.
  4. Save your changes.
