Use
In this Customizing activity, you link action criteria (action type and reason for action) used in your company with the categories required for Social Balance Declaration reporting. To define these links, you maintain the Mapping Table Action Type - Reason of action (T5BO1) table.
The combination of action type and reason for action from the Actions (0000) infotype, is commonly used as the basis for collating and reporting data to the Belgian authorities. Social Balance Declarations also use this criteria as the basis for declaration data collection.
For Social Balance Declaration reporting, the combination of action type and reason for action are classified according to the following broad categories:
- Hiring
- Change of contract
- System of unemployment
- Retirement
- Death
- Dismissal
- Leaving (other)
- Re-entry
- Not relevant
To ensure that all relevant data is collated for the declaration, each combination of action type and reason for action used in your company must be associated with one of categories defined by the Belgian authorities.

Activities
For each combination of action type and reason for action defined by your company, you create a table entry.
To ensure that data is correctly reported on the declaration, you must ensure that all combinations are defined and the corresponding category is assigned.
Example
Consider an example where the action type is termination, and the reason for action is dismissal of the employee. In this case, the corresponding category is 06 for dismissal.
