Family allowances do not generate retroactive accounting. Should any change to master data trigger a family allowance payment in the present period which corresponds to preceding months, the payment is made and evaluated according to the valid information for the current month.

In order to avoid generating retroactive accounting in such cases, here you must tell the system that the Family/Related person infotype (0021) does not perform it.

Activities

To perform this activity:

  1. Select infotype Family/Related person (0021) by means of the icon Detail.
  2. Leave "Payroll retroact." field blank.
  3. Save your entries.
