In this activity you should indicate which subtypes of infotype Addresses (0006) you intend to use in Actbook 20.744, Article 2 of the SNSS census and Annual Employee Declaration lists.

You only need to perform this activity if you want to use a subtype of infotype Addresses (0006) that differs from the subtype Permanent address (1) already used in the standard system.

Example

In your employees' Annual Employee Declaration you want to use a different address from the one stated under subtype Permanent address (1).

Requirements

Before executing this step you need to:

  1. Decide which subtype of infotype Adresses (0006) you want to use in each of the lists mentioned above.
  2. If you don't want to use subtype Permanent address (1) of infotype Addresses (0006) and none of its other subtypes featured in the standard system you should create a specific subtype for infotype Addresses. To do that, follow the instructions provided under Create address types in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Personal data -> Addresses -> Create adress types.
    1. If you already created a specific subtype for infotype Addresses (0006) you should enter data in that subtype before you perform this activity.

Activities

To perform this activity:

  1. Modify feature ADDRS by specifying the number of the subtype you want to use en each case:
    1. Entry CCEN corresponds to the Padrón Base del Sistema Nacional de Seguro de Salud. Indicate for this entry the number of the subtype of infotype Addresses you want to use for that list.
    2. Entry F649 corresponds to Declaración Jurada Anual del Empleado. Indicate for this entry the number of the subtype of infotype Addresses you want to use for that list.
    3. Entry LIBR corresponds to Actbook 20.744, Article 2. Indicate for this entry the number of the subtype of infotype Addresses you want to use for that list.
  2. Save your entries.
  3. Generate the altered feature.
