Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Austria (PY-AT) component.
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to tighten up the authorization check for payslips.
The MANUAL_CHANGE_ALLOWED method is currently available here to enable you to tighten up authorization for manual corrections.
If you do not implement this BAdI, all administrators who are authorized to use transaction PCALZ will also be assigned authorization for manual corrections.
Requirements
You have made the relevant settings in Customizing under Customer Enhancements.
Standard settings
In the standard SAP system, the sample implementation HRPAYAT_LZ_CHK_AUTH is provided for this BAdI in an inactive state.
Activities
Perform the following steps:
Create a class for this BAdI in your namespace using transaction SE19. Enter HRPAYAT_LZ_CHK_AUTH as the definition name.
In this class, create an implementation for the defined interface method MANUAL_CHANGE_ALLOWED.
