Use
The number of contracts that can be entered as parameters for one best price query depends upon the actual reservation system used. If you try to specify too many contracts this may mean that the global reservation system rejects the query, in this case you may need to summarize several different contracts into one. Your contact for the global reservation system willb e able to tell you what the maximum number of contracts possible is.
If you want to specify that certain contracts are only valid for specific employees or groups of employees, you can use this step to specify the validity of the contracts for certain groupings.
You do not need to complete this step if all contracts are to be available for all employees.
If you want a certain group of employees to use a contract that was not defined in the previous step, you need to create an entry for this grouping with contract number ' '.
