Use

In this step you define contracts (contract numbers) which can then be used to define company-specific airfare agreements. The information created for this contract number in the global reservation system is then used during the best-price flight query.

Requirements

The number of contracts that can be entered as parameters for one best price query depends upon the actual reservation system used. If you try to specify too many contracts this may mean that the global reservation system rejects the query, in this case you may need to summarize several different contracts into one. Your contact for the global reservation system willb e able to tell you what the maximum number of contracts possible is.
