In the IMG activity Choose global control options you can set different basic parameters for Travel Planning control. These settings are independent from user or employee groupings, which you can set up in another part of Customizing for Travel Planning.

These parameters have to do with different topic areas such as the address entry in the reservation key (PNR), calculation of flight time as relevant for the application of trip rules or specifications regarding system response in the case of overlapping in travel plans.
