Use
In this Customizing activity, you configure default values for returns refund codes based on inspection codes of an inspection by the customer and on returns reasons. The system can use these settings in a returns order or in the Material Inspection in Warehouse transaction to automatically determine the returns refund code.
Requirements
You have defined returns reasons and inspection codes for the inspection by customer.
Standard settings
Enter returns codes for combinations of inspection codes of an inspection by customer and returns reasons.
