You can specify that to set a status in a change request/order a digital signature is required.
If only one signature is required, you determine the signature method in an existing section. This signature method is only valid for the status to which you assign an individual signature in the work steps define signature network for master record and define signature network for object.
Recommendation
If you use the user signature with external security product, you work with verification in the production system. For signatures without verification, the validity of the user certificate is not checked. This signature method should therefore only be used for test purposes.
