In this step you define the forms to be used for different asset transactions. There are four kinds of transactions:

  1. Physical transactions for changing the location of an asset
  2. Transfer for accounting changes to the asset
  3. Transfer with physical transactions for changing the location of an asset and changes in accounting
  4. Other for all other cases

The combination of forms for these transactions is referred to as a rule.

Requirements

You have to define the forms first, or you can use the standard forms delivered. To define forms, use the Form Painter.

Activities

Enter one or more rules for each company code and specify the appropriate forms for the different transactions.
