In this step you define the copying variants that you want to use when copying items from an existing order into a new order.

Activities

  1. Establish which copying variants you require.
  2. To create these copying variants, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to 4 characters for each copying variant.
    2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4).
    3. Specify which sections of the existing order should be copied into the new order.
    4. You can use the Block for copying with template Block for copying with template repetition and Block for copying with reference indicators to control the copying function for which the copying variant is used.
