Credit groups are specified when defining sales document types and item categories for credit management and when defining automatic credit checks.

Standard settings

The following credit groups have been created in the standard system:

  • 01 = Credit Group for Sales Order
  • 02 = Credit Group for Delivery
  • 03 = Credit group for Goods Issue

Activities

  1. Establish whether you can use the credit groups provided in the standard system.
  2. Enter a two-character alphanumeric key and a description to create any new credit groups required.
