In this step, you define the quantity types that can appear in revenue object documents.

Requirements

Fields from which the quantity is to be copied into the revenue object document must be included in the JHFE_EVOBJ_SEARCH_STR interface structure.

Activities

Specify the interface fields from which the following data is copied for each quantity type:

  • The total quantity for the billing dataset must have the same value in all interface records for the revenue object document.
  • The schedule line quantity in each interface record is cumulated for each revenue object document item.
  • The distribution size for each interface record (optional, only relevant for revenue recognition category F) controls how the remaining quantity (total distribution sizes in the IS-M/AM order item minus schedule line quantities in published posting periods) is divided between interface records in unpublished posting periods.
  • Unit of measurement for these three fields.
