You can use this IMG activity to determine the status which a clinical order can have.

Use

The order status indicates the current processing status of a clinical order. You use it to manage clinical orders in views of the Preregistrations view type. Using the order status, you can control work flows, for example, waiting list management.

Activities

  1. You enter the institution in the Inst. field.
  2. In the Status field, you enter a two-digit alpha-numeric key.
  3. In the Description field you can maintain a 20-digit language-dependent text.
  4. The Inactive field describes a status which characterizes a clinical order as, for example, completed, and therefore no longer relevant to the work flow.
  5. If the deletion indicator is set in the D field, the data record is flagged for deletion. The status can no longer be set for a clinical order from this time.

Example

For waiting list management you enter clinical orders and flag them as preregistrations. Using the status, you describe the processing status of the orders in waiting list management:
