Use

This BAdI lets you develop an input help in case-related service entry (transactions NL10N and NL01N). For this purpose, this BAdI is called directly after the user has entered data and before all further checks (apart from format checks concerning date fields) are run. You can then manipulate the user input in virtually any way you wish.

You'll find further information in the interface documentation and in the
method documentation for the BAdI.

Example

If you have specified a prefix for multiple services in the master data and can determine this prefix from the context of the current case, you can make for more efficient user input by generating these prefixes before the entered service codes. This means that the users don't have to commit the prefixes to memory, may not need to open the value help and thus considerably speed up the entry of service data.
