Use
In this section, you can make specific settings for those special payments to be considered when calculating a pension in Pension Administration in accordance with the German Public Sector Pensions Act (BeamtVG)
These Pension Administration settings either differ from or supplement normal Customizing for special and non-recurring payments in the public sector (for example, a manual special payment up to the upper limits in Sections §§ 53-55).
For normal Customizing of special and non-recurring payments, execute the IMG activities in the Implementation Guide under Payroll: Germany -> Industries -> Public Sector -> Special and Non-Recurring Payments.
In subsequent IMG activities, you can control variants of the special payment to be considered in the pension calculation and set up a manual specification for the special payment. If you assign a manual special payment, it will be used instead of the special payment automatically calculated by the system. Here, the wage type Annual Special Payment (O069) or Monthly Special Payment (O057) is assigned to the infotype Recurring Payments/Deductions (IT0014) or Additional Payments (IT0015). You can also manually assign amounts to the relevant special payment up to the upper limits in accordance with Sections §§ 53-55.
