Use
In this IMG activity, you can assign a factor or percentage value and a legal regulation as pay scale group-dependent data to different pay scale groups for a key date.
This data is used in different calculations.
Requirements
Standard settings
The SAP standard system contains templates for the pay scale events required in standard calculations.
Activities
Adjust the entries according to your pay scale requirements and update the values if necessary.
Example
As of 10/01/2004, a pay increase of 2.1 percent is agreed on for all pay scale groups.
A new entry should be added to the table for the pay scale event '01' (pay increase) for the relevant pay scales (pay scale, pay scale area, pay scale grouping, and pay scale group) for the key date 10/01/2004. The entry should contain the percentage rate 2.1. You can also define a legal regulation (such as collective agreement adjustment 2004) that can be assigned to this entry.
The pay scale table (V_T510) must be adjusted separately, if required.
