Use
In this IMG activity, you specify which categories must be assigned to a collaboration room so that it may be used in the SAP Learning Solution.
When you assign courses to collaboration rooms, you can use the search help functions to search the SAP Enterprise Portal for all existing collaboration rooms. The search help first returns all collaboration rooms, independent of their privacy type.
There may be cases, however, where this behavior is not required, for example, if certain rooms are not allowed to be used in the SAP Learning Solution. In this IMG activity, you can specify categories to be used as selection criteria. The categories within one grouping are linked with a logical AND, while the individual groupings are linked with a logical OR. Only collaboration rooms that satisfy at least one grouping in all categories are displayed.
SAP recommends that you only use this option if not all collaboration rooms should be used in the SAP Learning Solution since selection based on categories is slower than selection without categories from the point of view of system performance.
