Example
You can use either employee subgroups or personnel areas as high-level criteria to sort employees.
Requirements
You must have defined at least one compensation program grouping in the activity Define First Compensation Program Groupings.
Standard settings
The SAP System is shipped with a sample structure that you can change to meet your company-specific requirements.
Recommendation
Plan how to group your employees according to the set of compensation plans they may be eligible for. For each group, consider the organizational criteria the employees have to fulfil.
