In this step, you set the default compensation area for infotype Compensation Program (0758) by means of the relevant feature.
Example
You may want to create a compensation area valid for Germany only (salary adjustments) and another one valid worldwide (LTI plan). In this case, only the first compensation area is suggested as a default value, whereas for the second one, you must create an entry manually.
