In this step of the IMG, you specify which personnel groupings are to be included in integration with Funds Management.

These groupings are a prerequisite for using feature PM006 (Control Objects Involved in Integration) to control which persons and positions are included in integration with Funds Management.

Example

You want all the civil servants in your organization to be included in integration (that is, only the budget of an integrated budget structure element can be used to finance a civil servant)

On the other hand, you do not want salaried employees or other kinds of employees to be involved in integration.

In this case, you would define the following groupings:

Grouping: 001
Text for integration grouping: Civil Servant: Integrated

Grouping: 002
Text for integration grouping: Salaried Employee: Not Integrated

Grouping: 003
Text for integration grouping: Other: Not Integrated
