Use

In this Customizing activity, you set up an organizational plan.

An organizational plan consists mainly of organizational units and the links between them. It also contains positions, which are linked to the organizational units and to which owners (such as persons, employees, or users) can be assigned. An organizational plan can also contain jobs, which describe the positions and to which tasks can be assigned. The organizational plan models the structure of your enterprise in the SAP system. For more information, see SAP Library under SAP ERP Central Component -> Human Resources -> Personnel Management (PA) -> Organizational Management (BC-BMT-OM) -> Integration with SAP Business Workflow.

Note
The organizational units you create are available in the IMG activities Assign Processor to Workflow Step Number (Simple Workflow) and Assign Processor to Workflow Step Number (Advanced Workflow).

Activities

  1. Define a higher-level organizational unit by entering an ID and the processing time frame on the entry screen.
