Use
In this Customizing activity, you can specify how you want the system to display error messages in the Financial Closing cockpit Add-On. You can use this Customizing activity when you want a warning message or no message to appear instead of an error message.
On the selection screen, you specify whether you want to change message settings for an area, message, user or batch input. Once this is selected, you can choose your desired settings for the available messages.
For example, you specify in the Customizing system the users of the Financial Closing cockpit, including the responsible agents and the processors of tasks. These users execute their tasks in the production system, but might not exist in the Customizing system. In this case, the system shows an error message when you try to save the task list or task that involves the non-existent users, and you cannot save the task list or task. You can use this Customizing activity to specify that a warning message or no message should appear instead.
