Use
In this IMG activity, you check the assignment of the communication types to the respective shipping reason.
Standard settings
Default settings are delivered.
Recommendation
Do not change the default settings.
Activities
Call the IMG activity and check if the default settings meet your requirements.
Further notes
As well as a default communication type, you should specify other communication types for each recipient.
If the system cannot find the default communication type in the IMG assignment table, it checks whether the IMG table contains one of the other communication types for this recipient. If the SAP system finds several corresponding communication types, it uses the communication type with the highest priority.
If the SAP system does not find any corresponding communication types, it does not ship reports.
