Use

In this activity you connect archived workflow logs to the DRB.

Requirements

This activity is only useful if you use data archiving with the archiving object WORKITEM .

Standard settings

Activities

You have two options for connecting archived workflow logs to the DRB: Using the standard info structure delivered by SAP for this purpose, or creating your own info structure.

  • Use of standard info structures
    Activate the info structures SAP_BO_2_WI_001. If data has already been archived, you may have to fill (recreate) the info structures.
  • Use of own info structure
    Create an info structure for field catalog SAP_BO2WI_001.
    Create a database index for the info structure as described in Definition of Database Indexes for Info Structures. The index should contain the fields MANDT and OBJKEY.
    Activate the info structure SAP_BO_2_WI_001. If data has already been archived, you may have to fill (recreate) the info structures.
