Use

You use this BAdI to extract the NIT and name of the business partner from the fields XREF1 and XREF3 of the FI documents.

The fields XREF1 and XREF3 are used in the partner solution to store NIT and business partner name when there is no master record for the business partner in the SAP ERP system.

The fields XREF1 and XREF3 are also used to store the NIT and name of the business partner in travel expense documents. In this case the fields XREF1 and XREF3 are the link to the vendor master data.
