Use
Error messages are displayed on top of the OIC in a separate view. This view is generated by an extra controller called the Application Log Controller. The screen position of this view is fixed and does not need to be maintained in the blueprint tables. The messages are sorted by priority and the time the error occurs. The most recent message with highest priority always appears at the top of the message list. The user can expand the area to see all messages in a table format. When the user clicks on the message, the system navigates to the appropriate tab and field to allow the user to correct the data.
Information about where to position the cursor at which message is stored in the CRMC_BSP_MSGS table . Key is the application, the message ID, the message number, and the context.
The framework uses the object name, field name, event, and screen position fields to determine where the cursor has to be set. This field is displayed with a red frame. Field name is the name of the field in the screen structure where the cursor should be set. Event usually contains the event of the tab on which the field is displayed.
