Use

Information about the business partner is displayed in the resource search. In this Customizing activity, you can select the information that you want to be displayed.

The information is structured in blocks. You can define which of the blocks are displayed and the sequence in which they are displayed. You can then select the information you require within each block.

In addition to the default information, you can define your own customer fields. You specify how many customer fields you require and the sequence in which you want them to be displayed. You then use the Customer Fields for Business Partner for Display in PRP BAdI to fill the fields with the values you require.

Select Display Details

  1. In the Grouping of Display Elements group box, choose the information blocks you want to be displayed and select the Display checkbox.
  2. Define the sequence in the Position field.
  3. To specify the information that you want each block to contain, select it and double-click Display Elements for Business Partner in the dialog structure.
  4. Select the Display checkbox to select the required information.
  5. Specify the sequence.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each of the information blocks you selected.
    7. Note that the Customer Fields information block cannot be defined using display elements for the business partner. See the Define Customer Fields procedure below.
  7. Save your data.

Define Customer Fields

  1. If you want to define customer fields, select the Display checkbox in the Grouping of Display Elements group box.
  2. Define the position where you want the customer fields to be displayed.
  3. In the dialog structure, double-click Customer-Specific Display Elements.
  4. Choose New Entries.
  5. In the Customer-Specific Display Elements group box, define a key of your choice for each customer field displayed.
    6. Note: The key does not represent the text of the customer fields, which is defined in the Business Add-In.
  6. Select the Display checkbox.
  7. If you have defined more than one customer field, define the sequence in which they are displayed.
  8. Save your data.
  9. To fill the fields with values, define the Customer Fields for Business Partner for Display in PRP BAdI.
