Use

In this activity, you define shortcuts for the names of the ID types you wish to use in the quick search in the People-Centric UI.

For example, you define 'CID' for the standard SAP ID type 'CUSTOMER_ID'. Instead of entering CUSTOMER_ID:12* in the quick search, you now only have to enter CID:12*.
