Use

In this Customizing activity, you can assign individual condition types to groups.

Mark-to-market (MtM) analysis reports aggregate the condition values in these groups, and output the difference as the mark-to-market value.

For each condition, you can invert the value (in other words multiply it by -1) so that the calculation reflects the effect of the scenario in question (see example).

For amounts due in the future, SAP Treasury & Risk Management supports discounting (in other words reduction of an amount based on interest rates). For this purpose, you can assign a routine to each condition that determines the relevant due date in the future.

For non-commodity conditions, you can make an assignment to a 'commodity pricing' condition, in order to derive commodity-specific information (for example the commodity ID or the quotation period) and to split the condition value in accordance with the terms of the referenced commodity pricing condition (if required for specific scenarios).

In reporting, you can drill down to the values of individual conditions contributing to the MtM value. If you do not want a particular condition to be extracted separately, you can reference a different condition type to which the value is added in MtM reporting.

Requirements

Within your pricing procedures you have defined additional statistical conditions to calculate a market value for your transactions.
