Use
In this activity, you define which of the dialog transactions for student and applicant data are subject to data privacy rules.
The system displys a data privacy warning only for those dialog transactions which are flagged as private. For information on which conditions must be fulfilled for the system to display a data privacy warning, read Data Privacy Levels and Warnings.
Which dialog transactions are subject to data privacy rules is defined by the dialog IDs preset by SAP. A dialog ID can include one or more dialog transactions. For example, the dialog ID Student Master Data (technical key: STMD) includes the following dialog transactions:
- Maintain student master data (PIQSTM)
- Display student master data (PIQSTD)
- Create student master data (PIQSTC)
(You can access these dialog transactions from the SAP menu by choosing Campus Management -> Student Administration -> Master Data).

- Set the indicator for the dialog IDs that contain dialog transactions which are subject to data privacy rules.
- Choose Save.
