Use
In this IMG activity, you build a structure with the authorization profiles you have defined.
There are two authorization profile categories:
- Authorization proflies for assigned appraisals
This category contains the authorizations for appraisals which are assigned to the appraiser.
Example: A university instructor is assigned to a module as its appraiser. He or she is therefore responsible for all the appraisals of students who take this module. - Authorization profiles for non-assigned appraisals
This category contains the authorizations for appraisals which are not assigned to the appraiser.
You can assign both authorization profile categories the following appraisal processing actions:
- Display appraisal (DISP)
The appraiser can use this processing action to display the appraisal data in the given category, but not to change it.
- Change appraisal (EDIT)
The appraiser can use this processing action to change the appraisal data in the given category which do not require administrator authorization (see IMG activity Define Administrator Authorization for Appraisal Data).
- Appraisal administration (ADMN)
The appraiser can use this processing action to change all the appraisal data in one category, whether or not this data requires an administrator authorization.

You have defined the required authorization profiles (see IMG activity Define Authorization Profiles for Appraisals).
