In this IMG activity, you define versions for statistical documents. You use statistical documents to post expected grants. Every statistical document must have a version.
You have to specify the document verions when you define grant statuses in the following IMG activities:
- Define Grant Statuses for Internal Management System
If you use the Campus Management system to manage grants, you only need one document version. You map the different grant processing statuses in the system by means of different grant statuses.
- Define Grant Statuses for External Management System
If you use an external system to manage grants, you need several document versions. When you evaluate grants externally, the SAP System maps the different external processing statuses to the grant statuses via the document version.
Activities
- Enter a three-character alphanumeric key and a description for each required document version.
- Define which document version the system should display in the student account.
Examples
You use Campus Management to manage grants. You define one document version:
- 010 - internal version
You use an external system for grant management. You define the following document versions for the grant statuses:
- 100 - external: grant offered
- 110 - external: grant accepted by student
- 120 - external: grant confirmed by sponsor
- 130 - external: grant awarded
