The Customer Interaction Center profile, CIC Profile, is the collective profile, in which all the settings for the individual components are grouped together. The CIC Profile also contains information about the framework ID to be used.

Choose profiles for the components, which have been assigned in the framework as visible or invisible components, as attributes of the CIC profile. Some components do not have a profile, while some have multiple profiles.

Once defined, a CIC profile can be linked to an organizational unit or position in HR Organizational Management. It is linked via Info type 1260 ('CIC Profile').

CIC Profile 00000001 is considered the default profile. In other words, if a user does not have a profile assigned through Organizational Management, CIC uses Profile 00000001.
