Activities

To allocate the user to a field group, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter the user name.
  3. Enter the field group.

    When the user starts the document search, the chosen selection fields and display fields are determined for each document type in this field group.

Further notes

You can only allocate one field group to each user.
