Use
In this IMG activity, you can fill the attribute SRM business partner (0BPARTNER) of the generic vendor (0GN_VENDOR) if the generic vendor is loaded from the ERP system. This step is necessary if you want to carry out reporting using vendor hierarchies from SRM.
Requirements
You use both SAP MM and SRM for procurement.
You have replicated ERP vendors to the SRM system.
You have extracted these replicated vendors from the ERP system to the BI system (via InfoSource 0VENDOR_ATTR).
The generic vendor (0GN_VENDOR) has been filled with the extracted data.
You have extracted the replicated SRM vendors from the SRM system to the BI system (via InfoSource 0SR_GLS_VENMAP).
The master data listed above is active.
Standard settings
Activities
Before you carry out the activity, the system displays a start screen. Select Execute (F8) to start the activity.
Example
ERP vendor 1000 is replicated to the SRM system (to business partner 2000). ERP vendor 1000 and business partner 2000 are loaded into the BI system as master data. The ERP vendor is updated to the generic vendor R3_2VEN_1000. This generic vendor has the attribute 0BPARTNER (--> SRM business partner).
In this IMG activity, the attribute 0BPARTNER is filled when data is read from the master data.
