Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Professional Services (IS-PRS) component when saving a sales document.
You can use this BAdI to adapt standard WBS elements read from the Commercial Project Configuration to special needs of the current sales document.
In the Configure Commercial Project Inception IMG activity appropriate standard WBS elements are defined for the given combinations of material, sales organization and sales document type.
Requirements
This BAdI is only available if the Commercial Project Inception and Lean Staffing PRS_ERP_CPILS_1 business function is activated.
The Activation of the "Commercial Project Inception" function has been subsequently switched on in Customizing, using activity Activate Professional Service Functionality.
Standard settings
The BAdI methods do not provide default coding or a fallback class implementation.
Activities
The BAdI consists of the following method:
ADAPT
This method is called upon saving a sales document after having read the settings of the Configure Commercial Project Inception IMG activity in order to assign standard WBS elements for the sales document items.
- The method allows you to overwrite or delete these standard WBS elements.
- You may also add standard WBS elements for items that do not match any entry in the configuration.
