Use

By assigning the settings to scenarios, you specify that a user, who you assign to a scenario, has only Customizing objects (for example, event types, extractors) that are relevant to the scenario displayed to him for selection. As a result, you limit the data that is displayed to scenario-relevant data only.

Requirements

The scenarios that SAP has predefined have been implemented.

You have defined the settings for your own scenario, if necessary:

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose a user name.
  2. Assign the user to one of the scenarios that SAP has predefined or to one of your own scenarios.

You can assign a user to all available scenarios by entering an asterisk.

If you do not assign a user, no filtering occurs and the user sees all the scenarios and all the relevant data.
