Use
In this IMG activity you do the following:
- Define new data bases
- Change existing data bases
With the assigned accounting configuration, you set the characteristics that are registered for a data basis in the IMG activity, Define Data Basis.

Activities
This is standard view maintenance. You can create new data bases using the New Entries key. You can overwrite the name of a data basis.
Where possible, delete only those data bases that you have just created (for example, because you made a mistake when entering the name).
If you delete data bases which have already been posted to, this data cannot be deleted retroactively.
You should not delete any data bases for which transaction data already exists. A where-used list for data bases with references to transaction data has not yet been implemented.
If you delete data bases, then the connection between data basis and business domain is also deleted
