Purpose
You use this BAdI implementation to add ID information to the advanced shipping notification (ASN). You should activate the BAdI implementation, if SAP Auto-ID infrastructure (SAP AII) is deployed on the same box as SAP ERP.
Functionality
You use this BAdI implementation to fetch ID information related to an outbound delivery document from SAP AII, such as hierarchy, ID and ID type, and to enrich the IDoc.
Effects on Customizing
You activate this BAdI implementation if you want to add ID information into the outbound delivery document.
Dependencies
If SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure is deployed as an add-on for SAP ERP, you should either activate this implementation or the implementation ABI_BADI_V56K_AIIECN. Otherwise, no ID information is included in the ASN.
